Nkengafack Eucharia, Journalist

Nkengafack Eucharia is a communication Assistant and Social Media Executive at Reach Out N.G.O. After serving for two years as a communication personnel in content creation and community management, Eucharia understands that many conflicts, false information and misinformation can always result from poor communication or malicious content. It is within this backdrop that her passion remains to use communication as a means to improve the quality of lives and promote sustainable development and peace in the society. 

Eucharia has landed coverage in print including The Post and Municipal Updates Newspapers. Eucharia’s passion to follow a communication-oriented  career led her to graduating from the University of Buea in 2019 with a second class upper BSc  in Women’s Studies with Journalism and Mass Communication. 

Eucharia is involved in activities like empowerment of women and vulnerable groups, capacity building, emergency assistance in conflict-affected areas and peace building; which have also increased her love to serve humanity as a humanitarian worker. Her desire for knowledge and expertise has motivated her to attend several workshops and webinars on communication, leadership and personal development. She is currently taking an MSc in Journalism at the University of Buea.
