Batata Boris-Karloff is a trained Journalist from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Buea with over 4 years of experience with recognitions from his employer as the best Staff based on professionalism and duty consciousness. His rich experience in investigating and reporting environmental, community and humanitarian stories adds to his ability to engage community members in carrying out developmental projects.
Boris-Karloff currently serves as Journalist with the Journalist Christian Broadcasting Service, a media under the communication Department of the PCC. As a reporter and presenter Boris-Karloff Source, gather and report stories for the news on a daily basis, runs a daily show titled “Ndongame House”. Aside being a Journalist with CBS radio Buea, Boris-Karloff works with the Peace Office of the PCC as a Project Assistance Peace Journalism and Conflict Transformation Project by so doing he carries out the following task ;Supervises other Journalists under the banner of the Cameroon Community Media Network (CCMN) who are implementing the project, ensures the conceiving, production and broadcasting of related radio spots, Public Service Announcements and Programs relating to project, ensures the successful organization project workshops.
Batata Boris-Karloff is a correspondent and volunteer for several media organs both national and international levels. He is currently a Fellow under the Africa Fact-Checking Program of #defyhatenow.
