I was also guilty of certain biases and used hate words, though not too much but it was there. I didn&#8217;t really take time to verify information before I forwarded and I clicked \u201clike &#8221; on a deep Fake without considering the fact that humour could sometimes be a gateway to hate speech.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After my #AFFCameroon experience, it is quite difficult for me to like, comment or share any information, without verification. I now have this shield that guards me against fake news or hate speech. Unlike before, if someone drops information in a group I belong to; I immediately verify and inform the group if it is fake.
