Wanchia Cynthia, Journalist

Wanchia Cynthia is a Reporter of The Guardian Post Newspaper and Communication Officer of The Mbororo Social and Cultural Development Association. She has been practicing Journalist for close to eight years; she is currently based in Bamenda.

Cynthia is also the Project Lead of SisterSpeak237 – a not-for-profit organization that amplifies the voices of women & minority groups in Cameroon; trains & equips women with the skills & tools needed to tell their stories.

Cynthia developed a keen interest in reporting political and gender sensitive issues as well as sports. She is equally the National Secretary General of Cameroon Association of English Speaking Journalists (CAMASEJ). Twitter: @WanchiaCynthia
