Doh Bertrand Nua is a journalist and blogger with six years of experience in audiovisual, print and online journalism. Doh has had stints with several radio stations and newspapers and currently serves as Coordinating Editor at The Median Newspaper in Yaounde. He graduated from the University of Buea’s Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC) with distinction; and currently serves as the Public Relations Officer for the Centre Regional Chapter of Cameroon Community Media Network –CCMN. He is also a member of Cameroon Association of English-speaking Journalists –CAMASEJ Yaounde, where he is based.
Doh is Founder/Publisher of cameroonexpressinfo.blogspot.com with interest on news articles on daily happenings in Cameroon, including the ongoing armed conflict in Cameroon’s two Anglophone Regions with focus on underreported issues relating to the crisis. Doh is also a trained humanitarian/peace journalist under the CCMN and the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, PCC Peace Office.
Doh is a Fellow of the 3rd cohort of the Africa Fact-checking Fellowship -#AFFCameroon project by #defyhatenow, a hate mitigation organization with aim to train as many Cameronians as possible on countering hate, violent extremism online and offline and creating an atmosphere for Peace both online & offline in Cameroon.
